Camera Outage is urgent but not an after hour priortiy. All reported outages will be handled during working hours of Monday to Friday between 8 and 5 only. If after hours or weekend repair is needed, there will be an extra charge for service call and even the warranty work will be charged to the customer. Once a reported outage received, there will be a work order opened and the outage will be addressed within 24 hours after the work order has been opened. Non warranty work will be charged at the rate of $75 an hour. Non working cameras due to faulty product will be replaced for free within the 1st year", labor charges will still apply. There will be camera and labor charge for replacing cameras going bad due to natural disaster, theft, vandelism, and power surge.
